Welcome to your E/LA Blog Site! This site will be the home of Cross-Curriculum discussion for the 2016-1017 school year. When assigned, your blog prompts will be about the science, history, math, art, etc activities that we do in English class, and then HOW they relate to what you are doing in that SUBJECT. You will be answering questions that can't just be answered with a simple statement, but rather questions that you will only be able to answer after sitting through class and LEARNING that week!
I will be grading your blogs for "English Class" type stuff such as paragraph structure, grammar, spelling, verb tense, punctuation, etc...in the future, your CORE SUBJECT teacher will be grading for CONTENT of the blog, so don't insert incorrect information.
For this first blog, I would like you to write a 125+ word paragraph about YOU and SCHOOL! I will be looking for info on the following:
a. Who YOU are! (this can include many things if you wish)
b. School info
c. Your favorite subject and WHY
d. The purpose of your blog this school year (see above for details)
